The White House Put Arcade Gamesite - One Has Players Catch Border Crossers and Put Them in Orange Jumpsuits
On September 3, 2026 the White House launched arcade-style games on its official website and promoted them from the @WhiteHouse account with the caption "Build the wall. Deport. Fill a Trump Account." In "Rio Run," a Snake-style game, the player icon is an older white man in a blue tie who patrols the Rio Grande and picks up "crossers" - depicted with varying skin tones - who then appear in orange jumpsuits and trail behind him, scoring deportations. A Tetris-style game called "Build The Wall" asks users to stack bricks against a "zombie border siege." Others have players fly a bald eagle along the National Mall or fill a child's "Trump account" with diamonds and cash.
The games place a gamified depiction of federal immigration arrests on a taxpayer-funded government domain, extending an approach one official described to CNN as treating the website as a vehicle the administration can "weaponize."
A White House official told CNN the arcade is "an effort to further contrast between a culture of fun and winning and the dark socialist vision Democrats have for America." The Tetris Company posted that it was not involved and that it takes copyright infringement "very seriously."
