Kuwaiti Air Defenses Shoot Down Three U.S. F-15E Jets in Friendly-Fire Incident
On March 1, 2026, three U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles were shot down by Kuwaiti air defenses in what the U.S. military described as an apparent friendly-fire incident. All six crew members ejected and survived.
